Chateau Cabezac AOC Minervois

I like this wine because, since it’s July, it’s a really good summer wine which is great on its own as well as with white fish. It’s made by the award winning Chateau Cabezac from the southern French grape varieties of Grenache, Muscat and Bourboulenc, all grown in touching distance of the sun drenched Mediterranean. It has a nice aroma combined with nicely balanced acidity. A real find!

Description: This delightful, light, dry white wine is made from Grenache, Muscat and Bourboulenc grapes. Excellent with fish, particularly Dover Sole.
